How long does student verification take?

Verification typically takes 1-2 business days after you submit your student ID. During peak times (beginning of semesters), it may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your verification is complete.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and bank transfers. For institutional payments, we accept bank transfers and cheques. All payments are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Can I access courses on my mobile phone?

Yes! Our platform is fully responsive and works on all devices. We also have a mobile app available on Google Play Store for Android devices. Our courses are optimized for mobile learning with Kenya's internet speeds in mind.

How do I get my certificate after completing a course?

After completing all course requirements, your digital certificate will be available for download in your dashboard. You can also request a printed certificate for an additional fee, which will be delivered to any address in Kenya within 7-10 business days.

Do you offer discounts for Kenyan institutions?

Yes, we offer special pricing for Kenyan universities, colleges, and technical institutes. Discounts are based on the number of students enrolled. Contact our institutional partnerships team at institutions@elimutech.ac.ke for customized quotes.
